Agent Info
Forte Auctions is committed to helping
you market and sell more properties for
motivated sellers with less time and
effort than a traditional sale. By
registering in our Agent Alliance, you
can earn commissions from both sellers
and buyers that you represent.
Representing sellers in our auction
allows you to maintain the expected
commission from your existing listing
agreement. Our auction service agreement
easily appends to your existing listing
agreement. We offer training and support
to help you and your client understand
the details of the auction service
agreement. Just register your seller and
upload their property to our website,
then leave the marketing to us. Leading
up to the auction, we serve as a unique
marketing tool to offer your sellers,
providing significant exposure outside
the realm of conventional real estate
marketing. Our non-exclusive listing
agreement allows you to market and sell
the property before the auction with no
obligation to Forte Auctions.
Representing buyers in our auction,
you will earn a minimum commission of 1%
of the winning bid amount. Agents may
represent an unlimited number of buyers,
but are not obligated to attend the
auction. Our representatives are
prepared to handle all seller and buyer
needs at the auction. To be eligible for
this commission, you must:
-
Register in our
Agent Alliance at least 48 hours before
the auction.
- Register each
buyer with Forte
- Show
properties to your buyers
-
Provide a copy of your valid real estate
license.
- Provide a letter
regarding auction attendance signed by
your broker on your agency’s letterhead
– detailing commission payment schedule,
broker license number, name, and tax id
number.
- Complete all relevant
documentation required for closing in a
professional manner.
- Provide an
IRS Form W-9 – completed and signed by
your broker.
